3. Enter your computer’s TeamViewer ID and password

Falsely accuses of commercial use
This used to be my go to service for managing my computers and help family. I don’t use it very often and suddenly the use “seems to be commercial”. In TeamViewer’s world one is guilty until they deem you innocent. Without even answering what they think is wrong, or listening to answers given
At first I thought this was an honest mistake from the company, and contacted them, answered questions and filled out a form an mailed back.
They almost never reply, and when they do they obviously have not handled the issue.
If you don’t pay for the product, you are the product is an old saying. Obviously TeamViewer’s product isn’t good enough, so they need to try and lure people to pay for the service by accusing them of commercial use. They have not provided even an ounce of explanation. I was surprised. Now I’m just disappointed.
