Started out great, became puss-filled boil.

Last couple of years, this app has deteriorated steadily. Now at the point where just about the only menu item that sometimes works is Articles, and even this one has problems updating, and articles get truncated or show up as white. Development and updating the app (by whatever crap company they initially outsourced this app to) has obviously not figured on the budget lately.

Great content, but one big problem

There's tons of fascinating articles here, but GIFs won't play in photoplasty....
