Description
Download the TicketCo Wallet to make event payments easier. Our one-click payment makes it super easy to purchase tickets and to top up your cashless balance.
You will receive immediate notifications when using the app, and you will have easy access to your receipts. You will also find your cashless balance and all notifications in the app.
Show your QR-code when you are asked to present your ticket or you want to receive purchased goods at events where TicketCo’s cashless solution is in use.
When opening the app you will be asked to accept push notifications. This is necessary for us to deliver such notifications. We will also ask you for access to your geodata. These are used to provide you information when you have a ticket to an event and is nearby this location.

Håpløst å registrere betalingskort
Prøvde å registrere forskjellige kort. Både MasterCard og visa. Måtte verifiseres med bankID. Hver gang jeg registrerte tryna appen (etter bankid) og så måtte hele bestillinga startes på nytt. Har nå brukt over to timer på å få bestilt 3 billetter
Etter flere reinstalleringer av appen så fungerte det plutselig.
Elendig brukervennlighet. Farlig for blodtrykket
Minimum viable product
Virker som om man her har gått for å bruke minst mulig energi og akkurat har produsert noe som fungerer.
Ingen mulighet for å legge inn favorittplass, en knapp for bestilling som ligger så langt ned på skjermen at den er vanskelig å trykke på, ingen betalingsalternativer til bankkort osv.
Like greit å bestille billetter på nett.
Umulig å kjøpe billett
Klikker «betal» men kommer ikke videre. Håpløst å ikke kunne kjøpe billett direkte i appen. Fungerer kun som wallet for billetter kjøpt via mac/pc.
