Designed for event organizers on the Tikkio platform, this app provides seamless access and management for both Admin and Crew members.
Log in Options:
- Admin: Access all events associated with your account.
- Crew: Access specific events as assigned (create Crew ID in Event Manager).
Ticket Validation Methods:
- QR Code Scan: Use your device's camera to scan the QR code on tickets.
- Manual Entry: Type the ticket QR barcode (8 characters below the QR code).
- Attendee List Check-Off: Available only for Admin users to manually check off tickets.
Ticket Validation Services:
- Wallet QR: Displays all user tickets for the event.
- Ticket QR: Validates one ticket at a time.
Offline Functionality:
If your device loses internet connection, scans are saved locally and will synchronize with the server once the connection is restored.
