Is this a scam
Well I paid for this app and it’s not fully functional. Sometimes I can access it, other times can’t. I wrote to live support but it takes them forever to reply. Asked me to send them a confirmation of the payment and when I did, same frickin problem. Contacted live support again and it seems like it’s an bot who’s replying, same question but no response after that…really sucks
Bad experience already from start...👎🏼
I downloaded, installed, created an account, and then it won’t let me log in... it says that my password or email is wrong even though it was correct. It was literally the email I used and the even sent me a password recovery. I changed the password already yet still nothing...👎🏼👎🏼
update: I found out now that my Identity was stolen and they won’t help me solve the problem! I feel terrible.
