บริการถ่ายทอดการสื่อสารแบบสนทนาวิดีโอผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน TTRS Video เป็นการให้บริการถ่ายทอดการสื่อสารแบบการสนทนาภาษามือผ่านแอปพลิเคชันบนสมาร์ทโฟนหรือแท็ปเล็ตที่มีการเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตแบบ WiFi หรือ 4G/3G โดยผู้ที่บกพร่องทางการได้ยินพิมพ์ชื่อและหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ของผู้รับปลายทาง (คนหูดี) ที่ต้องการติดต่อ จากนั้น ผู้ที่บกพร่องทางการได้ยินจะสื่อสารโดยการทำภาษามือหรือพิมพ์ข้อความมายังเจ้าหน้าที่ถ่ายทอดการสื่อสารเพื่อแจ้งข้อมูลการติดต่อ เจ้าหน้าที่ถ่ายทอดการสื่อสารจะแปลภาษามือเป็นภาษาพูดให้ผู้รับปลายทาง (คนหูดี) ทราบ เมื่อผู้รับปลายทาง (คนหูดี) มีการโต้ตอบการสนทนา เจ้าหน้าที่ถ่ายทอดการสื่อสารจะแปลจากภาษาพูดเป็นภาษามือกลับไปยังผู้ที่บกพร่องทางการได้ยิน ทำเช่นนี้จนจบการสนทนา
