Det burde ikke koste penger
Elendig når man skal oppgradere pakke og meget lite brukervennlig
Hadde en enkel pakke som jeg kjøpte via Apple TV for et par mnd siden og når jeg skulle oppgradere pakken min for å se Champions league i dag gikk ikke dette. Etter mye knot og rot for å prøve å få det til tinger jeg kundeservice og får beskjed om at; "siden du har kjøpt abonnement via iTunes så kan du ikke oppgradere pakken din. Dvs at du må si opp den pakken du har på iTunes og så lage deg et nytt abonnement hos oss med en annen e-postadresse for å kunne få riktig pakke"
Skulle tro vi levde i 2012 og at det var første pilot på streaming som tjeneste. Utrolig lite brukervennlig og meget tungvint. Hadde det ikke vært for Champions league hadde jeg ikke sponset de med en eneste krone.
Skjerpings Viaplay! Vil tro dere vil gjøre det enklest mulig for kundene å kjøpe mer hos dere, ikke motsatt!
