Bosch Visual Connect is a tool used as part of a Bosch Automotive Technical Hotline Service. This tool can only be initiated by your local Bosch Hotline team. The App enables Bosch Hotline Experts to see what you see by utilizing the back- and/or front camera of your mobile device. It allows Bosch Hotline to present technical documentation and guide you with your inquiry while simplifying your troubleshooting process. During the interaction, you can leverage advanced capabilities such as OCR (Optical Character Recognition) VIN and licenseplate scanning, live pointer with two ways drawing and annotations, screen sharing, co-browsing and document presentation, pause video, photo sharing and more. Bosch Visual Connect App does not allow Bosch Hotline to access any data stored on your mobile device.
