War of Nations
This game requires that you play often and you also need to be a member of a large active guild or you will never be very successful. There are events every week, both single player events and guild events, that reward you with commanders. Without good commanders you will lose most battles against senior players. Here is the problem with this game - the guilds that have the most active and senior players will nearly always win the guild events and thereby win the best commanders (highest level). They also stand the best chance of gaining commanders in the single player events since they have grabbed the best bases. You can own ten bases most bases consist of a base hub and six attached hexes, but there are a few bases that are the same size as your main base, e.g. They have hub and 18 attached hexes like your main base. A strong guild will soon monopolize all these hubs and thereby completely dominate the world they are on.
If you compare this to chess it is like giving the rookie player only pawns and the senior player starts with only queens. This will never change unless the guild with the senior players suddenly collapses, which could happen in a few years or never. So the only way to become successful in this game is join the right guild or start on a brand new world and found the best guild there.
Money can buy you good commanders, but you still need friends if you want to capture and hold the best bases.
My advice to the game developers is remove the 18 hex bases to balance the game. It might be nice to tone down the commercials a bit.

Good game it are the best build/conqure game i know about but are getting a bit old, i would be happy if they made a War of nations 2 👍
New update is great!
New update really smothens gameplay out more. :D
