Meget bra app som viser øvelsene i korte filmsnutter med aktuelle kommentarer. Viser også klassiske «feil» med forslag til øvelser for å «trene» dem bort. Inne og utesvømming (også i elv/bekk). Anbefales på det sterkeste.
