De mangler basis funksjonalitet som man forventer med hjemmelading. De støtter ingen form for smartlading. Effekten går opp og ned, samt at ladingen stopper opp i lengre perioder. Dette er i følge Wattif å forvente. Kan på ingen måte stole på at man får ladet bilen når man ønsker det.
Forferdelig kronglete og dårlig utviklet
Appen er laget tungvint og betalingsløsning får man ikke lagt inn. Feiler når man skal starte og kundebehandlingen er forkastelig. Holder meg langt unna Wattif. Det burde andre gjøre også.
They ruined Mer
My charger was operated by Mer, and it worked fine for years. Then it was to be transferred over to Wattif (after they purchased the company Mer) and now I can’t even find my charger in the Wattif app. Their support is not willing to assist with transferring the charger from Mer to Wattif. Moreover the Wattif app is buggy and has a very bad UX
