Laget meg en bruker i går med koden «REGISTRER100» og fikk 225 kroner i rabatt på de tre første bestillingene! Det kom godt med i en hektisk hverdag😄
Klage på Wolt leverandør/sjåfør
04.04.22 kl 17:20. Kommer kjørende over Bryggen i Bergen; må bråstoppe v fotgjengerfelt for der svinger en Wolt sjåfør på el løperhjul ut i veien og kjører over uten å overholde trafikkreglene som gjelder for motorisert kjøretøy! Jeg trykker på hornet og får en langfinger som svar. Jeg kjører et lite stk og må stoppe på neste lyskryss v rundetårnet. Da kommer sjåføren opp på siden; jeg ruller ned vinduet og får en kraftsalve med «dra til helvete» som avslutning på tordentale.
Nå var det jo heldig for han og deres selskap at han ikke skulle levert mat til meg; tipper en slik service ikke hører innunder deres regelverk….
Setter spørsmålstegn v at man kan ansette slike folk i en service bedrift. Hvis man skal bruke løpehjul bør de ansatte få beskjed om å sette seg inn i vegtrafikk loven; her har vedkommende uansett ikke fulgt godt nok med i opplæringstimen om slik undervisning i det hele tatt er gitt!
Om jeg noensinne skal vurdere å bruke denne kanalen for å få levert hjem mat kan dere være sikker på at jeg IKKE kommer til å kontakte Wolt for levering!
Hvis jeg hadde hatt slike ansatte i min bedrift hadde jeg likt å få beskjed slik at evt kvalitetskontroll kan bli gjennomført.
Derfor får dere denne meldingen fra meg.
