Yoti is your ID on your phone.
It's the digital identity app that lets you encrypt your ID and prove who you are online and in person.
Create your Yoti by adding an using an ID document that we encrypt into unreadable data. We accept passports, driving licences and national ID cards from 185+ countries.
Join over 6 million people who have already downloaded the Yoti app. Yoti is now accepted at 10,000 convenience stores in England and Wales.
Use the Yoti app to:
- Privately prove your age in convenience stores and online.
- Verify people you meet online
- Prove who you are to businesses
- Log in to websites without passwords
We do things differently to other technology companies:
- You, and only you, can access your data.
- We will never track how you use Yoti or sell on your data.
- We encourage businesses to only ask for the details they need, so you can feel safe sharing less data.
Your details you add to the app are encrypted into unreadable data that can only be unlocked by your Yoti.
The private key to your data is stored safely on your phone until you're ready to use it. No one else has access to it but you.
We cannot mine and sell your data to third parties, or share any details without your approval.
Creating your Yoti is easy:
1. Take a photo of yourself
2. Add your ID document
The Discover section has a whole new look. Now it’s even easier for you to find out where you can use Yoti.
As always, we’ve made improvements and fixed more bugs so the app works even better for you.

As i need to delete my account on a different app called «yubo», the only option i have is to create an account with you than delete that account on «yubo» so i can later delete my account on yours....this is problematic, i understand what your trying to create, i support the idea, but if its so limited to those few action....than i have no choice but to hate it.
Tnx but 1/10 from me.

Hey, Sorry to hear you are having a bad experience with the app, Yoti is always optional, if you don't wish to use our services you can get in touch with Yubo for alternative forms of verification of your Yubo account. If you do wish to use Yoti but are facing issues feel free to drop us an email to email@example.com and we would be happy to help ^Jw
Dårlig app.. vurderer å skaffe meg en slave sånn at jeg ikke må bruke denne dumne såem
I do not support this idea at all.
Unless you want to deeply annoy the community or recieve larger amounts of negative feedback and response towards you company and its reputation, i would highly suggest discontinuing this application as for security and user experience reasons. And dont even get me started with "but its all safe, we use AES-256 encryption for your data". Imagine what would happen if for example, hackers decide to hack into and steal massive amounts of highly sensetive personal information to sell them to third party ad sites. Or in another case where a hacker would target some gullible kid for their sensetive information, then hold the information for ransom.
This application was, and has been a failure and downgrade in mobile user experience and technology (sure, i get that its a new idea and it might have sounded fantastic in your heads, but in software developement you cant just stare at the curtain, you have to look behind the curtain and even inspect the contents of whats behind the curtain)
Thank you for reading.

Hey, we appreciate your concern but we built Yoti to help people and businesses tackle identity fraud with a safer way to connect and store data. With Yoti your information is encrypted and stored in a way that only you can access it. Once setup, even we can’t access your data! Traditionally, companies store customer details in one place, making it a target for hackers but Yoti stores data differently. By encrypting and storing data using separate cryptographic keys, we ensure there isn’t one big honeypot for hackers to target. Check out yoti.com for more info. ^CE
