成都市锦江干流入河排口智能监控系统项目主要目的通过实施视频在线监控及智能识别、告警，推进锦江干流的水环境保护管理，搭建锦江干流入河排口视频监控系统，通过清单化的业务流程、高效的协同工作机制、智能的应用工具、丰富的数据采集构建智能化监管“一张网”，从而形成锦江入河排口情况管理“一本账”，最终通过对这本账的有效运行管理，降低环境风险发生机率。
主要功能如下：
【数据看板】
为生态环境管理部门提供快捷、清晰的管理视图，用于指挥和决策
【监控中心】
提供了整体河道在线视频监控，为河道治污溯源提供及时便捷的追查手段，同时对排污等违法行为提供监控预警和取证
【告警中心】
利用智能视频监控结合人工智能识别，针对排放的排口自动识别有水、无水、油污漂浮物以及晴天水提发黑发黄产生告警，由现场负责人负责整改，并将处置结果上传至平台形成告警处置闭环
