My worst experience till today.
I ordered zip front jumper and over sized zip through fleece set and paid online aswell though its clearly written that within 5-10 days ill receive my order but its already been more than 18 days. I ordered it for my friend’s birthday. I texted them called them but they were not that attentive i was disappointed and asked for my refund. But till today i havent got my refund aswell. I tried to contact but i am not getting any response by them.
I am here to alert you guys think twice before you purchase.

I had ordered a dress from the app which was supposed to be delivered within 12 days, but it had been almost 20 days and there was no communication. The number provided in the app is constantly unreachable or busy. When i try to contact through instagram, they always state that the item is going to be delivered within 1-2 days but there is no response. The experience was quite frustrating. After days to trying to contact, i finally received my order 1.5 months later.

Is this the way to act running this kind of business? I have been waiting for my order to be delivered for move than 25 days now. No proper response they’ll tell you they gonna call you back but they won’t. Won’t reply to your text. They won’t even care to refund the money. If it’s gonna be more than a month Consumer’s right and Act should be applied I guess. Please guys just don’t waste your time and money you’ll get a lot more options.
