Very bad experience

I didn’t like the delivery service. I live in housing colony and it takes 2-3 minute walk to reach the gate as the housing area is big. My husband and I use to order mostly from daraz. But in the last two orders, the delivery person said that they deliver parcels only at the chowk(street/bus stop), which was very annoying for me. I would have consider this if I lived in some remote area, where the vehicle was difficult to reach. Also I was pregnant at that time, so I use to do online shopping for convenience. I explain this and requested the delivery person to enter the colony and deliver at my door. But he was very rude and returned back, which was too unprofessional. I complained at customer care department and ordered again. But the same thing happened.

Glitching Seller Help Center

So this has been a huge issue for me. I usually use my card to pay for stuff. Recently Daraaz app has starting showing products even after it is out of stock; goes into the cart. The products that I had saved in my wishlist still shows as available instead of moving to the unavailable section*. Due to this reason, I issued an order and paid for a product that was already out of stock.

REFUNDING was another great hassle. The store contacted me and said they couldn’t cancel the order from their side so I had to do it myself. I told them I couldn’t because it was a combination of orders and I had already paid with my card. They asked me to contact the Daraaz helpline or live chat. The Daraaz helpline is like another long epic of slow automated messages(imagine the NCell/NTC mobile bill after that long Mahabharat😩 call). Finally to no avail, I tried the ‘Live Chat Option’ from the Daraaz app. It’s been glitching for at least 2 weeks. I even updated the app. So it’s almost impossible to get a refund without a hassle, esp with the Live Chat glitching and not even loading?
Even now I have recently issued an order in a hurry. The seller seems to be completely unresponsive in the app since I’ve been asking the same question in the chat since the last 3 days, so I wanted Daraaz to contact them as a reminder. However, the Live chat glitches again. How fun!🥰

Attention seeker

Daraz is truly attention seeker, you know what they just did- they offer products on cheaper price mostly in flash sale and for being flash sale first customer you have to wake up till midnight 12 am and even if you order something by pre Payment at cheapest price, they automatically cancel your order and then call you for apologies, is this fair ?? This happen with me already 2 times and even they said we will offer you some vouchers as well but till today’s date I haven’t receive any voucher… its not about money it’s about trust, the time we spend on it, the hope we get

I seriously don’t recommend this app to anyone… worst experience
