Khalti missing & add ime pay & prabhu pay
The new version is good but where is khalti option to load blc i think u guys forget to add this feature & add ime pay and also prabhu pay

Initial animation every time while opening the app is disappointing. And could you please change the app category to finance as it would be easier to locate in app drawer.
Atm didn’t cash out my money but debited from bank account.

In November 30 of 2022, I used ATM located at Pashupatinath to cash out Rs 2000 but it got debited from my account but cash didn’t come out from ATM. I reached out to Everest Bank branches but they didn’t respond well or returned my money till this date. Please look into this matter or else I will have to take this concern to social media and higher authorities. Thank you.
