Good app, service but please add picture

Love foodmandu app. Easy to use but it would make us customers easier if they added pictures of the food. That would be very helpful. Well thats my point. Other than that, this is the only food app i trust and love ordering. Its easy and hassle free. They are professional and their customer service till now is really good compared to our Nepalese standard which is horrible in most cases. Il update 2 more stars if they add pictures in their app.

Bad service

I have been a loyal customer of Foodmandu , yet today I placed an order at 7:07 pm . To be delivered by 8 pm , at 8 pm I receive a call saying the Rider is stuck in jam and it will take around half Hours more . So I waited , I again receive a call around 8:40 saying “ sorry mam the restaurant closed at 8”

My question was why it wasn’t informed at 8 pm call . That too was fine . They did their best to suggest other restaurants but my request was specific so I asked them
To cancel . However while cancelling , the remarks they put is - customer requested delivery before standard time “ !!!!

Excellent Company

I’ve been ordering from Foodmandu for many years!
Their Service is always first class! Their restaurant
choice is exemplary. Some of their restaurants are
better than others, which is normal, of course. Any
complaint that I have ever had, has been take care
of! The only problem I have with most of their
restaurants is that, since this is Nepal, most food
must be hot (spicy). This angers me! Not all people
like or have medical conditions, permitting them to
eat, spicy food! Restaurants really need to realize that!
If someone orders food not hot/spicy, they should be
able to get it! So many restaurants don’t offer this
service. Foodmandu, when enrolling a new restaurant,
should insist on this but they don’t. This the only
complaint that I have with Foodmandu.
