Good app, service but please add picture

Love foodmandu app. Easy to use but it would make us customers easier if they added pictures of the food. That would be very helpful. Well thats my point. Other than that, this is the only food app i trust and love ordering. Its easy and hassle free. They are professional and their customer service till now is really good compared to our Nepalese standard which is horrible in most cases. Il update 2 more stars if they add pictures in their app.

Extremely Disappointed – Worst Delivery Experience!

Foodmandu has become one of the most unreliable food delivery apps in Nepal. I’ve faced repeated delays with my orders—sometimes over an hour late—without any proper updates or apologies. This isn’t a one-time issue; it has happened multiple times, and it’s completely unacceptable. What’s the point of ordering food if it arrives cold and soggy? Their customer service is useless—they just give robotic replies and never solve the problem. Stop making excuses and start taking responsibility! For a company that’s been in the market for years, they clearly have no clue how to run a reliable operation. I’m done wasting my money and time. If you care about your time, money, or even basic decency in service—avoid Foodmandu at all costs. There are better, more punctual alternatives out there. Absolutely pathetic experience. One star is too generous.

I have been a loyal customer of Foodmandu , yet today I placed an order at 7:07 pm . To be delivered by 8 pm , at 8 pm I receive a call saying the Rider is stuck in jam and it will take around half Hours more . So I waited , I again receive a call around 8:40 saying “ sorry mam the restaurant closed at 8” My question was why it wasn’t informed at 8 pm call . That too was fine . They did their best to suggest other restaurants but my request was specific so I asked themTo cancel . However while cancelling , the remarks they put is - customer requested delivery before standard time “ !!!! The so called good service

I’ve been ordering from Foodmandu for many years!Their Service is always first class! Their restaurantchoice is exemplary. Some of their restaurants arebetter than others, which is normal, of course. Anycomplaint that I have ever had, has been take careof! The only problem I have with most of theirrestaurants is that, since this is Nepal, most foodmust be hot (spicy). This angers me! Not all people like or have medical conditions, permitting them toeat, spicy food! Restaurants really need to realize that!If someone orders food not hot/spicy, they should beable to get it! So many restaurants don’t offer thisservice. Foodmandu, when enrolling a new restaurant,should insist on this but they don’t. This the onlycomplaint that I have with Foodmandu.
