What’s New

Version 3.1

This release includes a number of new features for Gains+, and free features and improvements for everyone!

New in Gains+

→ Routine Folders: Organize your routines into folders. Create, edit, delete, and move routines and folders with ease
→ Alternate Exercises: Now you can select an alternative exercise if you can't log a particular exercise within your routine sometimes. Just choose an alternate, and it will still count toward your routine log!
→ Reset a log: Easily reset a log to the routine's default sets and reps while you are logging
→ Copy/paste rep scheme: Tired of manually inputting sets and reps into your routine configuration? Now you can simply copy and paste previous rep schemes

New free features:

→ Routine log view: Now you can view a summary of each individual time you logged a routine. You can access this by browsing your routines, or by tapping on the name of the routine in the Today view
→ Change date of routine: Now you can log a routine and change the date of all of the exercises within that routine. Simply go to the routine log view and tap on the menu at the top to change the date
→ Edit tag names

Bugfixes and improvements:
→ Fixed an issue where "Log a Routine" and "Log an Exercise" would appear reversed, depending on which button you pushed
→ Minor spacing and layout issues
