By far the worst bank app
The interface is outdated and the few services the app provides always come with glitches. Use it only to check my bank balance and to top off my phone services sometimes. The bank really needs to step it up with its app.
Most disappointing app
As a customer, we expect a user-friendly interface, seamless login procedures, and modern features such as fingerprint or face ID authentication. Regrettably, this app has failed to meet these expectations. In an age where biometric authentication methods are readily available, it is disheartening to find that this app does not offer any options for fingerprint or face ID login. Overall, I cannot help but express my disappointment with your banking app.
Super outdated
This app has been running for a while. Not sure who developed its UI/UX, but this has worse user experience compare to any financial app i have used. I have to use connect ips app as an alternative just because every time i have to use this app, I get a headache.
