What We Offer
CITY RIDES
Affordable everyday rides with no surge pricing. You get to set the fare and choose your ride based on the driver’s price offer, rating, number of completed rides, car model, and pickup time.

COURIER SERVICES

It's simple and fast to request an affordable ride — just enter points "A" and "B" in the app, name the fare you are willing to pay, and choose your driver.
OFFER YOUR FARE
inDrive provides you with a tailored, surge-free ride-hailing experience. Here you, and not the algorithm, decide on the fare and choose the driver. We do not set the pricing according to time and mileage like other services. You agree on a win-win price with the driver before the ride starts.
CHOOSE YOUR DRIVER
inDrive lets you choose your driver from a list of the drivers who accepted your ride request. Pick them based on the best deal, arrival time, driver's rating, number of completed trips, and even a car model.
STAY SAFE
See the driver's name, car model, license plate number, and the number of previously completed trips before accepting the ride. During your trip, you can share the driver's information and the real-time location of the car with your family or friends using the "Share Your Ride" button. Your real-time geolocation can be shared via messengers, social networks, e-mail, or SMS Text. All of that is there to make your experience safe & trusted. We're continuously adding new safety features to the app to make sure both riders and drivers can enjoy 100% safe rides.
ADD TRAVEL OPTIONS
Do you have specific requirements? Specify travel add-ons — SUV, extra stops on the way, a child seat, or accommodating special needs. You can write your specific needs or any other details in the comments field like "traveling with my pet," “I have luggage," etc.

Ratings and Reviews
So far so good
Used this app 4-5 times and had no issues so far. I had also talked with taxi driver who uses this app as driver and he seems to be satisfied too as pathao gets 10% commission from each fare whereas this inDriver does not. We could round off the amount and propose 250 rs imstead of 289 rs which is recommended fare and the drivers also happily accept it. Because there is no any commision to be paid to any third parties.
So far i have enjoyed usung this app. Some drivers still need some trainings to use google maps for navigation, in my opinion. That will make things even better but this has nothing to do with this app.

Should train drivers to navigate
So it’s not the driver’s fault because they’re just trying make a living. But apps like InDriver and Pathao should also be able to train the drivers to navigate properly or I don’t know it it’s already provided but, oof focus on navigation. I’ve had so many instances I’ve had to wait more than 15-20 minutes in a rush because the driver doesn’t know how to user he google maps, multiple instances I’ve had to walk to another designation because the driver can’t navigate. And it’s so frustrating because as someone who doesn’t know how to drive, I have to rely on InDriver. And repeatedly 1/5 times this stuff happens, especially when I’m in a rush. Like bruh. What’s happening, just train your new drivers rather than just focusing on how many you can recruit in a month!!!! Make sure to give them google map navigating lessons, check if they have access to phones that have access to a gps navigating system, like Chile, can’t count the number of times I’ve been late to work based events because of InDriver.
Another thing, I booked an InDriver around 1:13, it’s 1:28 now and the driver is still searching, hasn’t even called me since I’ve called. Speaks volumes about the average InDriver experience.

Charging high price.
Whenever I book a ride in Indrive, the drivers charges money equal and sometimes more than Pathao Ride. Many times drivers didn’t showed up, they accept the ride request but didn’t came and when I called them, they ask me to cancel the ride. Actually what they is whenever someone book the ride, the drivers open the pathao app and check the price and then they demand that price on Indrive. Why would anyone pay pathao price on Indrive? Pathao gives us accident insurance of Nrs.5 lakh and Nrs.1 lakh medicines insurance but Indrive doesn’t give insurance or any facilities like pathao. Indrive drivers are thieves not all but most of.
