Late Delivery
Delivery service is too late need to wait more than a hour! even you pay online they still call u and ask is your order conform lol! Hope y’guys improve the delivery service cause we don’t wanna die from hunger😭
Terrible Service and Poor App Support
I placed an order through the KFC app and made the payment via eSewa. However, when I arrived at the Durbarmarg store at the scheduled time to pick up my order, I was informed that they had not received it. To make matters worse, the app does not provide any contact details for assistance. The staff claimed that the app is managed by Bhoj Deals, a third-party company, and asked me to contact them instead.
I clarified that my order was placed through KFC’s official app and showed them the transaction details on eSewa, which clearly indicated the payment was made to “Devyani - Durbarmarg.” Despite this, I was left in a clueless and frustrating situation for almost 15 minutes before being informed that they had finally received the order.
To make matters even worse, when I tried to report this through the feedback section of the app, I couldn’t submit it because the app restricts feedback to 500 characters. This is not the way I expected my meal or experience to be handled. Such mismanagement and lack of accountability are completely unacceptable, especially from a globally renowned brand like KFC.
