Every-time there is an issue with the internet service, I try to use the app to place the support request but the app does not open and stays on the first loading page. This is a very serious issue. Please separate your app/website server from your Worldlink server so that even if your service is down, the app and website keeps running so that users can use it.

Been user of worldlink since 4 years now, but i swear your customer support is very irritating, i kept asking not to call me related to payment, as we already do receive the msg and we have a worldlink app downloaded in our phone. But kept calling but today it was very different, the lady had an attitude and seems has no experience to handle the hostile customer, no empathy, no politeness instead she said this is how we get salary seriously?? Showed an attitude and said this is our job we get paid for calling you like ??? That’s not my problem.. stop calling us for the renwal of our account.. will stop using your service if this keeps repeating also looking for others services. As worldlink has been losing its customer.

Worldlink doesn’t even deserve a single star rating. I have been calling customer service everyday (so many times in a single day) yet they don’t have a proper response. Everyday, they keep asking about the issue and promise to fix it but it’s the same everyday and I’ve been kept out of internet service for a week now. Some staffs don’t even have proper manners to speak and disconnect the call midway. They asked me to pay for 3/4 months as a package and the internet’s not working. They do not compensate as well. WORLDLINK IS SCAMMING EVERYONE AS THEY HAVE ENOUGH CUSTOMERS RIGHT NOW!
