APP does not work

Every-time there is an issue with the internet service, I try to use the app to place the support request but the app does not open and stays on the first loading page. This is a very serious issue. Please separate your app/website server from your Worldlink server so that even if your service is down, the app and website keeps running so that users can use it.

Worst service!!!!!!

Worldlink doesn’t even deserve a single star rating. I have been calling customer service everyday (so many times in a single day) yet they don’t have a proper response. Everyday, they keep asking about the issue and promise to fix it but it’s the same everyday and I’ve been kept out of internet service for a week now. Some staffs don’t even have proper manners to speak and disconnect the call midway. They asked me to pay for 3/4 months as a package and the internet’s not working. They do not compensate as well. WORLDLINK IS SCAMMING EVERYONE AS THEY HAVE ENOUGH CUSTOMERS RIGHT NOW!

Glitch & Bug of Device filter

Hello sir, please fix the glitch of device filtering features. i can't remove old device and add any other device more than 1 device in device filter & it always shows "Success! something went wrong, try again" & what does tht mean? after, the wifi get disconnected & it gets hard to connect again. i'm really getting frustrated of that. so, please fix this thing as soon as possible.
