Shutting off in my iphone

I am from nepal.. pubg is one of my best game i have played so and also have spended alot of money to upgrade the weapons and create opening but this new update is one my worst ... you have no idea how i am facing ping issues my internet speed is good 50mbps but also playing in 150ms. After this new update each and every game i died impossibly due to lag and ping issue ... why u guys are unable to provide a proper server to Nepal. After all we are also one of you pubg users and we do have right to enjoy the services equally as serve globally . We have also spended a lot of money on this game like other does so please do something about this pong issue or else why you providing pubg game in our region apps store . If u cant provide a good ping and same facility then you have no right to provide it in appstore ...!!! You have no idea how m regretting because of ping issues . Mostly in a competitive situation ..

Need options in sensitivity to turn off aim acceleration

Hello I really enjoy playing this game and has been playing it since season 2 however i am here to make a request to the pubg mobile team to give us an option in sensitivity to turn off aim acceleration . I know that in a mobile device aim acceleration helps in aiming as there is not much space to use for aiming but it would be really appreciated if we could get an option to turn it off as a lot of players does not like aim acceleration especially non-gyro players like me i play on an ipad and using gyroscope is really hard and it hurts my hand if i play more than an hour as the size of the device is large but if you could add an option to turn off aim acceleration then non-gyro players like myself could increase the consistency of our aim and improve in the game as gyroscope clearly has advantage against non gyro players moreover i came form games like critical ops and bullet force which had the option to turn off acceleration and i was used to it but however pubg mobile does not have that option so if you could please add an option to turn off aim acceleration then it would be really appreciated.

We like many other players around the globe enjoy your game, we have some very outstanding players that very recently have come up through your platform. I hope years of update and reviews have given you ample information about the difficulties that a player faces due to the lack availability of a server. We believe by now we have earned our rights as a country to receive its own server. When you can change your name and relaunch in our neighboring country even after receiving ban from its government, we can also understand the fact that we can’t provide even 10% of user base that our neighboring country can. But does that deprive us as your avidly active user base to not enjoy the gaming experience if so then team your cold hearted and to that we will have nothing to say. Im sorry to review your game with 1 start although I enjoy it more than any other mobile games i have ever played. I did so in hope that you would give attention to improve our gaming experience. We as an entire community have requested you for our own server for a long time, i hope the team is ready to grant us our request. Thank you in advance, god bless Pubg mobile.
