Booked their service through the app with a specific date and time already selected. They called to "confirm" (why confirm when I already picked the slot?) and promised their team would call back to finalize scheduling. That callback never came.Two months later, my order is still stuck in "pending" status. No follow-up, no service, no communication whatsoever. This isn't even a third-party provider issue - this is their own service they're failing to deliver.Do not waste your time with this app. Find a real service provider who actually shows up and honors their commitments. This company clearly has zero respect for customers' time or money. Their entire booking system is a joke, and their customer service is non-existent.Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. One star is too generous for this level of incompetence.

charges are way too high I was charged 900rs labor cost + 200rs service charge to change a simple 90rs bond set. Service is good in terms of work done but when I asked them about the prices beforehand they told me it's only rs 200 service charge and didn't mention anything about the labor cost details they charged 1400 for changing 4 -5 items which is ok but charging 900 labor for changing a simple bond set just doesn't seem fair and when I told them about this they said “ hamro mahango name cha “ !

Honestly speaking, I won’t recommend using this app, it takes too much time to respond , only for those who have 1/2 day spare time

I dont know about other’s experience but mine was pretty good. I found the charges reasonable and the service provider was also professional and good at their work.
