So my buds+ shows up on bluetooth devices as two different device (one from the app and one from direct bluetooth connection). If I connect it to the app, the voice plays from the speaker but I can control the ambient sound. That’s it, that’s all I can do.

I can only hear from my buds+, if I connect it from the bluetooth (not the app) But I can’t control it, nothing, not even volume control by hold tapping my buds+. I can’t change the ambient sound nor the equalizer.

Please fix this. There’s just no point of this app.

Hi there! we are sorry about the poor experience you've had. We'll help you get your Buds+ connected with your iPhone in no time! Please remove all instances of the Buds+ from your iPhone Bluetooth settings. After that, do the following:
1. Put the earbuds on and then tap and hold both the buds for 3 seconds, this should put them in pairing mode.
2. After the Earbuds reset to pairing mode, put the buds in the case and close the Buds+ case with the earbuds in it.
3. Open the case after some time, then go to your iPhone Settings> Bluetooth> Connect with Galaxy Buds+.
4. Reinstall the Galaxy Buds application, open the app and Swipe up to Get Started> Select your Galaxy Buds model> tap on Connect. If you are unable to find the Galaxy Buds+ in the app, close the case for 4/5 seconds, open it and try again.

If you face any difficulties with any of the steps, please let us know.

Please develop a similar application adding support for previous “Samsung Galaxy Buds” [1st Generation]. Some people have older Buds but not compatible with this app.

Hi there, your Galaxy Buds from last year will not be supported due to compatibility limitations. Let us explain:
Buds+ has been built with a new chip which enhances connectivity and provides better memory. Due to the implementation of the new chip, Galaxy Buds+ are compatible with iOS devices.
Sadly, this compatibility limitation cannot be addressed with a software update. We're really sorry for the inconvenience it may cause and we would really appreciate your understanding.
