Biometric login
I have been trying to setup my biometric login since last few months in my iphone8, but it does not support and just gets hanged with rotating dots. I deleted the app and reinstalled several time and tried but no success. This is total ridiculous and insane. You need to work on this. Came to know that after 10 or more trials to setup biometric, it does not work. This is utter nonsense
Not supporting
This app doesn’t support iOS12.5.7 version. I have iPhone6s 12.5.7 version. So how to use this application on old version? iOS 13 is not supported on my phone .
probably worst mobile banking app in nepal
this is probably the worst mobile banking app with worst possible UX i have ever used. lags too every time you try to filter history. new feature scan pay which is already too late to be introduced among mobile banking app in nepal does not works. gets stuck in black screen. do you even test before the release? Overall really bad experience with the app.
