Improvement

Sometimes even if it says session expired, or transaction failed while executing payment via app, money is deducted later on. Also, balance is always displayed in numbers by default. It would be better to have balance hidden as default and displayed only when required.

Frequent failed transactions

If only I could give 0 stars!!! 8 out of 10 times, I try to make payment, it returns error response but the amount gets deducted! When I complain about the issue they reply that the transaction has already been completed. Faced too much problems because of that! Have to wait till the next day to proceed for the payment because the response we see is not the same in their end.

App crashes upon clicking on 'Payment' option

Not able to carry out any transactions since app closes/ crashes upon clicking the Payment option in the latest update.
