Rude Driver
i have downloaded this app today. found there is an option of scheduling later time after and i did it for 1:30 minutes later. but the call from a driver came and i told him i booked for 1:30 min later as there was option. He very aggressively told me that - "You cannot book that way, you need to book as and when needed, cancell it immidiately from your side. I cannot hold for you, Don't i need to do other trips."
Please train your Driver team about the manner needed in service industry and also about the feature available in the app.
