“This item is not available in your country yet” problem.
I have seen lots of people saying and showing proofs that when they try to exchange ShotCoins with any of the other items they see a pop-up message showing “This item is not available in your country yet” except that with buying WOWs from ShotCoins. Then, I also tried to check it and I also found the same screen in my phone. I would like to ask to you why this happens? And, if all the items to payout are not available in any country where using the app is available, where the user relation will go? I am in dilemma if I have to continue using app in my country or not because it is available to use app but not to withdraw. I will to receive your reply with specific reasons and how one can withdraw by exchanging the ShotCoins to different platforms effectively.
About my account
I opened the account on this app once uninstalling the app and installing it again I'm unable to log in to my account i just input my phone number but didnot get the pin.
