Have used Zapp today countless times and would definitely recommend it to my friends and business associates. Everyone from the actual messengers – to the people you place the order with – are all so nice and so lovely.

Zapp service is best delivery service inside valley. They deliver the package on time and settle the COD amounts on time. The riders are very professional and well trained. Management staffs are so friendly and co-operative.

Want advance payment but no service

Booked a pick up. Paid advance. No call or text. Thought maybe just busy. On day of deliver again no call no text. Calling customer care. Rings out at 10:30am so not like I randomly called at night. Ate my 83 rupee. Definitely made by rich Kathmandu kids who need to show a side project to justify their lives to their parents
