湖北省执业药师协会Hubei Licensed Pharmacist Association（HUBLPA）是由在湖北省的执业药师以及在从事药品生产、经营、使用、教育、科研、管理等相关单位工作的个人自愿组成的专业性、非营利性社会团体。协会宗旨：遵守宪法、法律、法规和国家政策，遵守社会道德风尚；致力于加强药师队伍建设与管理，维护执业药师的合法权益；增强执业药师的法律、道德和专业素质，提高执业药师的执业能力；本协会团结广大执业药师，当好政府依法管理药品市场、推动医药事业又好又快发展的参谋和助手，充分发挥政府联系执业药师的纽带、桥梁作用，为基层单位和执业药师提供服务，竭力维护会员的合法权益。不断改进和提高药学服务质量，保证公众用药安全、有效、经济、合理，为医药卫生事业发展和人民群众健康服务。本协会接受社团登记管理机关湖北省民政厅和业务指导单位湖北省食品药品监督管理局的监督和管理。湖北省执业药师协会根据国家相关文件，负责组织管理湖北省内执业药师继续教育工作。
