Description
The Cooper&Hunter Technical Support app is an intuitive platform intended for use by product users and HVAC technicians and installers alike.
App users can not only browse the complete Cooper&Hunter product line, but they can also use the PROJECTS feature to configure, check compatibility, and save customized A/C systems. This is a game-changing tool for Cooper&Hunter, whose mini split systems are often cross-compatible and can be mix-and-matched based on indoor unit types with varying capacities and a variety of accessory options.
The C&H Technical Support app makes it easy for technicians and homeowners to register their products for warranty as well as to gather manuals, certificates, and other information that can be useful for installing and operating the unit or applying for permits and rebates.
Troubleshooting and unit repair can be streamlined with the C&H Technical Support app, where technicians can find relevant manuals and error code guides, verify warranty registration, order replacement parts, and maintain direct communication with C&H Technical Support agents.
Users can also opt in to receive notifications from the app and may create a favorites list for their preferred C&H products.
