sqsl Astral 4+

sqsl Astral turns iPad into conceptual MIDI controller inspired by night sky.

- full screen use for maximum immersion effect
- "pitch class inversion" quantizer with 5 quick-access pitch presets
- notes in the field are spread across 3 parts with adjustable density, octave range, velocity and MIDI channel assignment
- each part can be sending to multiple MIDI channels (rotating or random selection)
- note fields with quantiser settings can be saved to 5x49 preset positions for later recall

Important notes:
- Astral starts and runs in full screen mode, swipe from left edge to show controls for switching quantiser presets or from right edge to access other settings and parameters.
- Astral does not make any sounds on its own, it generates MIDI note on/note off messages.
- Astral is a standalone app (can not be loaded as AUv3 plugin in hosts).
