Video keeps on loading
Intermittently video hangs on the loading part. Works perfect when using a browser but intermittent on the mobile app. Hence the 4 star rating.

Can not watch videos on ipad
Disappointed I can’t watch the videos on my iPad Pro via the app. The video plays in a pop up that doesn’t use the full screen and is zoomed so the edges are clipped. Can use the app for its primary purpose.
Only reason I gave 3 is because there is potential, offline caching of videos and navigation/browsing of content was fine.
