Worst customer service. Have paid my subscription for a year and the account is not active. It’s been 6 days and No one responds to chat / mail or phone. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Your app performance is not well.
It is taking too long when forward, backward and moving to one program to another program.
Chrome connectivity issue
Hi team,
I was able to connect the Aha app to tv via chrome cast before but all of sudden it stopped connecting. It says connected but no video is been played. A black screen comes up, frozen and then I need to close the app and reopen but still no luck
