Very poor performance
Trying to show a client a video - NO SOUND. Actually useless to me. Of course it’s not muted, and the file type is irrelevant - whether or not sound plays seems to depend on the colour of socks you’re wearing. This app is totally unreliable. It works when it feels like it. Using a new phone, latest iOS software on NAS is up to date.
