Why does it always come up with server is not responding wait 15minutes and doesn’t open after an hour.

Update issue
I download this game on my ipad and i very enjoy playing it as the level gets harder as you passed. However, one day it asked to update and from then i could not go on again. It kept saying unknown server error. I dont know what it means! It told me to contact the support team. This is terribly unfortunate for me as i really did liked to play the game.
Not a good game, they just want your money
The more you play, the more you need to buy gems. Each update only make it harder and harder, and you will get lesser coins for sure. They try to force you to buy, on top of the long frequent annoying ads.
