Worst streaming service ever
I subscribed to this service only to watch the walking dead but am only up to season 3 and have come across 5 episodes that don’t work at all. I’ve never come across this issue with other services such as Netflix and amc have no where near the number of shows Netflix has. I will not be continuing with this service if they can’t even be bothered to make sure their customers get what they are paying for
Ripped off
This is possibly a scam. Fully paid up subscription. I was logging into my paid up and current account and getting the message ‘renew your subscription’. Contacted customer support. They want me to pay again so they can fix the issue. And that’s the end of it according to them. No apology. If I don’t pay up again I cannot access the service that I’ve already paid for. Absolute bull**** I recommend steering well clear of AMC.
Easily the buggiest streaming app on the market
I’m constantly being logged out of my account during playback of a show or movie, playback will randomly stop completely, sometimes an available title will not be available, often the Continue Watching tab has completely disappeared and when it is there it’s not likely to pick up an episode from where I’d left off. Terrible.
