Where my points balance gone?
This update really is a shocker. Thank God after the iOS update the screen size started to work. Not sure why you have so much real estate consumed in white space. Where has the points balance gone? Was there and this improved update removed features.
Ability to manage additional cards
Happy with everything the app offers. However, it would be great to be able to manage additional linked cards from the main/primary account. The latest update indicates this is possible in terms of locking/unlocking additional cards, but isn’t the case?
Card Statement confusion
I can never understand the card account statement. It’s like as if it is designed to be confusing for the card holder. You can see what goes in and what goes out but there is no ongoing balance to see how the current balance has been reached. I look forward to the day when reading card account statements is as easy as reading a bank account statement.
