Problem
I am not being able to sign up with a different account on my phone a message is popping up claiming that this account is disabled when it hasn’t even Ben made after I’ve agreed to the terms and conditions and put in a profile picture it claims my account was disabled could you please fix that it’s getting frustrating and annoying to see and deal with I’ve tried so many different ways none of them even work.

Scamming and harassment is especially common, and i dont mean like, taking amino coin and a few insults, i’m talking about $400 gone from my account and people making 7 alts to stalk a friend of mine. Sure, its fun to get basically free stuff with amino-coin, a currency so worthless its worth $3 per 1000 (it costs $10 to buy from amino themselves) and you make some friends, but its mainly full of kids and its an incredibly toxic environment for them to be in, not even like a fun xbox live chat toxic, like a “what is wrong with these kids” toxic. I just wish moderation was a lot better, especially when I was muted for 3 hours and tried using every method possible to find out why, and I never got an answer. All support did was link me to a website to all the things i’ve already done. Unless amino removes or improved on ac, gets staff to actually do their job, and make their app less glitchy (oh yeah, forgot to add, you cant see messages notifications half the time unless you restart the app) then amino might just be a little better, as much of a fake fanbase as aminos given me with new members of furry amino being forced to to auto-follow me, i’m very tempted on leaving.
Laggy and somewhat great in a way too?
I really want to give you a five star, I really do! But sometimes when I open the app it opens and loads... but then it’s frozen! I can’t do anything but leave and try again! So I do that, but that didn’t work, not for a thousand times! I always end up leaving and waiting for later to retry. It’s laggy 70% of the time and it’s so irritating! After a few minutes online it starts to have trouble loading, and I have about 2/3 of the storage in my device empty. I don’t think this has anything to do with my device, as it rarely lags on other apps but amino. The new layouts of amino is something that to me is very unnecessary. As I used to know where to tap to get to places, but now I keep tapping the wrong places and the layout itself just looks... bad compared to the previous. Please try and fix some things, it’d be appreciated. You need to start listening to our reviews, before you start losing users. I used to use it about 7 hours a day, but now it’s like 10 minutes every 2 days. It’s not that great and useful anymore. Honestly.
