Amplifon app
I am still getting used to wearing hearing aids and not using the app to its full potential. I am enjoying the flexibility of being able to adjust volume and I have an appointment today when I will have other aspects of the app activated. 20August Using the app more. Having to remember to change from hearing aids when wanting to share but otherwise ok.

1. Why does the usage chart not always record accurately? At times I can have worn the aids all day and the chart shows nil usage!
2. Is there anyway that reminders can be added to the app to say when filters etc were last changed?
Open wide
A great app that allows me to fine tune the sound profiles as well as create my own for differing circumstances. Keeps track of my usage so I can determine the usage required to reduce my tinnitus. Just fantastic!
Avoid this app
Worst app I have used with hearing aids. The wearing time is not accurate. Setting your own programs creates a glitch and drops all the programs. My set programmes drop off intermittently. Small print says it doesn’t work with some iPhones - why not? And is still being developed and will offer lots of options in the future. I can’t believe this app has been released for public use it is so poor. Please audiologists stop recommending this app. I wanted to return my hearing aids for a refund but once I started using another app I realised the hearing aids were fine but this app is not.
