Does the job but experience could be improved

New Zealand User (iPhone)
Has a good chat function that connects you to real humans if you don’t want to (or can’t) call to resolve a problem. Assigns a job number automatically - great for tracking jobs. Rating a 3/5 for the main reason that chats get cut off very quickly if there’s a lag in your response. This means you lose the person on the other side and have to start again with a new person. Quoting your job number speeds that up. I resolved my problem after three chat attempts.

Hi everyone, I know that sometimes Apple Support may not be reliable. But it’s really the opposite! All the staff are so welcoming and kind to whoever they talk to, they give all the support they need. One of the staff even left me a voicemail saying if we could reconnect because our call got cut off. Normally staff never call back, but today is the best call of my life from Apple. It just gave me so much joy getting a message asking if I needed more support. I really advise that you use Apple support when you need it!Thank you so much for all the help and support!

I never write reviews about an app unless I see or experience something great! This app is VERY useful if you are stuck or need help with your Apple device! The Apple team is very very friendly and interact politely! Best app in the Apple Store! I recommend this to all my family members and friends!

This app is extremely helpful It connects me with real time people, and It’s easy to find my local service centre to get my phone fixed when needed.This app is easy to use and very quick I can schedule call back appointment’s or call them by the app. However I would like to see this app updated with new features.
