ASOS - Discover Fashion Online 4+

So a review from approx’ 2yrs ago made comments about Reviews and Afterpay - DONE ASOS sorted this, glad that they listened to feedback maybe?! I’m new to the app but living in NZ outside of Auckland I’m tired of having to buy from stores that EVERYONE else is buying from. I LOVE how easy returns are! I ordered two pairs of shoes AU 9 thinking that matched NZ 9 oh boy was I wrong. They were 2 sizes too big. But the return meant that I’m okay about ordering through ASOS because of the return policy. I still recommend checking out the reviews, order one or two pieces from brands and see what they are like but would recommend ASOS - interested to do more research around brands they stock with ethical values around the making of garments and treatment of the workers. The app itself - easy to use, so all my searching, buying, returning, save for later and notify me if sizes out of stock all in the app wooho! Other than FAQ directing me to a webpage - everything else in the app!!

Love ASOS. So easy to return and really great at helping me when I have a problem . The best place to online shop as it’s free returns and the time it takes for items to arrive is good. The only downside is that they don’t have certain brands that ship to New Zealand and that’s so annoying, they don’t deliver converse items to nz which is one of my fav brands so yea ASOS needs to get onto solving that problem . They also should add reviews to items because those who don’t want to experience having a certain piece not fitting on them won’t have to worry about that anymore . They should also add afterpay for New Zealand, Other then that great app

Shopping's very handy thanks to ASOS. I dont have to get out drive through traffic or queue! Also they have quality pieces from around the globe, some exclusive to them. One just have to act quick, popular ones do sell in a snap. From time to time they reward customers with discounts too. The only reason im giving it 4stars is that some brands still cannot ship to new zealand. Brands Like bershka pull and bear and stradivarius so i end up asking someone from another country to buy them or order thru asos deliver where its possible then mail to me which is double spending.
