i haven’t been on the app for very long, as though i know what i wanted i just wanted some balance within the universe. honestly this app has shown me the through and i am greatful. as long as they keep upto date within the community then i don’t think anything bad will happen to the app:)

Clicked-in from Instagram ad since I’ve been always interested in astrology. I started with a 3day free-trial and downloaded but only to find the information provided by the app was just not what I need. I unsubscribed after that it said just “follow the instructions from email”, however I never received that email (including junk mail box I checked)

Today I found there’s 35 US dollars deducted from my account from this company I am totally furious. I downloaded it again try if my account still there only to found that my email was not even registered, I checked my App Store this is not in my subscription that i could possibly delete or cancel. this is a complete unpleasant confusion: from what I experienced, this app stole my money for who-knows-how-long’s subscription, giving me no chance to unsubscribe, and not even having my account on the app so I can’t get access to the “subscription “ I was made to pay for.

If there’s no follow-ups this would be an act of stealing.

They prey on vulnerable people with no regards for morality.

I was snared by a ‘when will you have your baby’ ad in social media this year after suffering a miscarriage not long before. I tapped through some options and never got to a part that even discussed pregnancy or future pregnancies. After I kept looking I accidentally ended up subscribing and paying for a ‘full report’ that I never wanted and cost me 50 bucks!! There was no second confirmation, it just took my payment on first tap. When I sought help from customer support to get a refund for this report which I never even opened, I got several automated responses about apologising for the wait time, then never actually heard back.

I’m appalled by how this company that professes to be spiritual and all about your well-being is really just after your money. Disgusting. Avoid at all costs.
