Wild ride

If you want a bit of adventure in your Auckland life look no further.
Like options? Good, It fills your ride with irrelevant schedules that have already left just to let you know that you should get your life in order and leave the house earlier. Useful and motivational. Arrival time estimates are more accurate than the windows file transfer window...
never like to reminisce? Great, hitting the back button stops the app from updating timetables. Forcing you to commit to your life choices.
and the most fun. Hop card Balances!
Do you have enough money for your ride? Who cares!?!? My balance updated once when I downloaded the app and hasn’t changed since. Every ride is a gamble. Weee. This app is way better than my last setup, which was a magic 8-ball.

This experience was deemed for love at the first second. The bus driver was a very kind man and offered many opportunities to prefect my mind. This journey was fulfilling but not suboptimal. I love this amazing experience, it felt like my first time. This intersection of love was both pleasure full and playfully fun. Classy 10/10 for this emense quality of a bus ride. My grandmother would be proud, who recently passed away this year, which mirrored my day, until I ventured upon this lovely bus ride. Thanks to the bus driver who must have tons of experience in his field. Overall this wonderful ride was so good and reunited me with my late grandmother.

I would think that one of the most important pieces of information for users would be disruptions to service. I was told that the Western Line would not be running on 29 Feb. The only way that I could confirm that was to Plan My Journey to see that buses were replacing trains on that day. Previously my husband had phoned AT and was told that the information was not available on the app but only available on the website...hidden under the general topic ‘service announcements’ and then at the very end ‘Future works on the Auckland rail network’ which than includes ‘Upcoming closures’ ...not exactly intuitive!

And then, on the app, I chose to comment on ‘how to improve the app’ only to be confronted with a survey that didn’t even make sense...is the top circle the most or the least? Nowhere to make a comment.

Upcoming disruptions should be prominently displayed...customers shouldn’t have to waste time trying to find them!
