Will only show my tickets if im on data and then i still have to click out of it and back into it for them to show

Ticket System Doesn’t Work
Paid for tickets, got message that if I log into AXS tickets will be there. They aren’t. Site no help. Getting in person help not yet successful either. Unimpressed after paying a lot of money and no tickets one week out. A lot of similar feedback in social media.

Worst app I have ever used to buy tickets
Multiple attempts to purchase tickets. Fails each time. Not the best business model really! So many usability issues and leaves a massive lack of confidence. Despite the helpful guidance from CS nothing works. Extreme frustration.
