Great website, I enjoy using it and babysitting for families. I do feel like the posts should be updated regularly. Eg their are jobs listed on their from months ago, their should be a system for this.
Service is great, user experience needs improving
I’ve found a couple sitters through here in Christchurch and Queenstown (on holiday). I feel like it wasn’t too difficult finding and trusting sitters.
However, this app has problems. When I open it, it doesn’t like to load messages. It seems like I have to switch tabs, then return to messages for them to load.
Additionally, if my profile is not set to “private,” I get 2-3 messages every day from sitters looking for work. I can’t blame the sitters for that, but I will blame Babysits, because every time I set my profile to private, it seems to be NOT private the next time I look (after receiving more messages).
Not sure about this service
I received a message from a babysitter from my post advert i replied same day to her but had to enter payment details to send message then ive heard nothing back from her 4days now. So I’ve messaged appx 10 babysitters since paying subscription 1 response back 3 days later saying she could help, I replied back to met and had nothing back again 2 days now. Feeling like im being strung along so I dont cancel my monthly subscription. Hopefully not the case, I really need to find a babysitter!
