Not sure about this service

I received a message from a babysitter from my post advert i replied same day to her but had to enter payment details to send message then ive heard nothing back from her 4days now. So I’ve messaged appx 10 babysitters since paying subscription 1 response back 3 days later saying she could help, I replied back to met and had nothing back again 2 days now. Feeling like im being strung along so I dont cancel my monthly subscription. Hopefully not the case, I really need to find a babysitter!
